Elise Lynch Studied Fine Art at Reading University and has taught and lectured in Reading for over thirty years. Since leaving teaching, she has been able to focus on her work in pastel, watercolour and oils. Elise is moving away from her earlier tonal style to one which is based upon colour and light, influenced by her experience of the Mediterranean and East Anglia. She is interested in the way colour and space produces depth in a work, especially the effect of changing a base colour on the quality of the superimposed colour. |
