Brian Liddicoat
Born into a Cornish family, Brian attended Newquay Grammer School in the 1950s where
his artistic talent was not appreciated. Whilst working for many years in the local china clay industry,
he enjoyed painting in his spare time.
A founder member of St. Austell Society of artists in the early 1970s, Brian exhibited locally in Cornwall
for many years.
Early retirement afforded him the time and energy to develop his watercolour technique.
Brian and his wife Lesley have now relocated to Berkshire to be near their daughter Tamsin and her family.
